Study buddy.

I have a study buddy named Mug.

Not funny, I know. But Mug has definitely been helping me get through my psychology of personality notes without losing my mind – HA! 🙂

So I went to Panera for dinner. Again. I think this reveals two things about my personality – or maybe just my psyche in general:

1) I like Panera very much.

2) I am not motivated to cook my own food when I have a lot of work to do, even though it would likely take just as/not as much time and effort on my part.

I’ve come up with a good system though – I spend less on groceries so that I can use that $$$ to pay for eating out. Plus, since I’m eating at a relatively healthy venue, I feel that all is well 🙂

The roomie and I also went to Panera because it is her 1/2 birthday and I feel that is worthy of a celebration 🙂 I did vary it up a bit tonight – I still got the Greek salad but this time I got black bean soup – SO GOOD!

I ordered a whole grain baguette but they served me a French baguette instead. I asked to switch and this is what I got:

TWO FOR ONE! It was bread heaven.

I can’t wait for summer because I’m making a promise to myself that I will make my own breakfasts, lunches and dinners the majority of the time. I have so many recipes that I want to try, but school and culinary creativity don’t mix well for me. Maybe once I figure out how to be a better cook it will take less time and I’ll be able to do both. We shall see 😉 Until then, breakfast is my most creative meal of the day!

Sweet dreams 🙂

STOP GOING TO PANERA. It makes me jealous! And I understand the desire not to cook, it makes sense over here too.
