Goldilocks Oatmeal

Earlier bowls were too “wet”Tuesday’s was too “dry” – but this bowl? Just right :mrgreen:

I used 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk, flax, wheat germ and Bear Naked High Sierra trail mix. I think the key here was that I mixed the flax and wheat germ directly into the pot today – this gave the oats a little extra time in the heat and I think the flax and wheat germ helped to soak up some of the extra liquid. PERFECT!

I enjoyed every bite with a spoonful of PB.

Mug made an appearance a little later 😉

My goal for the day is to study, study, study – with a workout in there somewhere. Bobby is coming over for dinner – and no we are not going to Panera 🙂 Then I’m going to study, study, study some more and reward myself with Brothers & Sisters – I’ll save Desperate Housewives for after my midterm!
