Bender’s Blenders: Black Bean Fiesta!
This black bean dip combines spiciness with tanginess to create the perfect complement to a tortilla chip, pita, or any other “dipper” you desire!
Ingredients (serves 8):
- 15 oz. can of black beans, drained
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tbsp. dill
- 1/2 tbsp. pepper
- Pinch of salt

Directions:
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Do a spoon – or in my case, chip! – taste test to ensure that the dip isn’t too bland. Add extra salt or spice as needed!
The end result is a super creamy, super delightful chip topper!
