Review: I’m already familiar with the Trio bar, having tried the strawberry flavor in this post. I really like the ingredient list because it’s short and full of healthy fats from the nuts and seeds. As far as texture goes, the bar is completely crunchy, but not so much that it makes it hard to bite into. The pieces break off easily and the blueberry flavor was present throughout. This bar makes a perfect snack when you are looking for something more substantial that will hold you over for a few hours at a time. I needed it to power through a busy day of projects, and it kept me full for at least 3 hours – an outstanding feat for a bar. I also found it helpful in that I am often lacking in healthy fats. This bar is an easy way to get in your daily dose of nuts or seeds, both of which are proven to have benefits for your heart.
Get Yours: I’ve only physically seen them at Costco, but you can also order them online at the company site.
Jenn, thanks so much for the review! I wish I had a costco near me so I could buy these- they sound excellent!

That looks great! I love when a snack bar looks like real food as opposed to dog kibble. It reminds me a lot of Kind bars, which my husband and I love.
Maggie ~ Ooh, I’ve always wanted to try Kind bars – perhaps that will be next on my list!
