Wow, everyone! I’m blown away by your kind words and thoughts on our wedding ceremony. I am so glad you liked the video and our picture slideshow! Your comments made me laugh, cry and smile as I read them over and over again.
Hopefully I can bring life to the second part of our special day in this post…because once the ceremony was over, it was time for picture taking!
Once Bobby and I had signed the marriage license, the wedding party got some fun shots around the gorgeous Our Lady of Joy church. The weather was phenomenal – 80 degrees and dry, with crystal clear blue skies and sunshine that warmed us to the core.
One of my very favorite shots. 🙂 I fell in love with these archways when I first laid eyes on this church and our photographer, Shelly Ivy, did a perfect job of capturing their beauty.
Serious pose (clearly, I have trouble looking serious):
Not so serious:
When we finished up at the church, we all got back in the limo and popped more champagne!
We headed back to my house to grab a quick snack of pinwheel sandwiches, veggies and fruit tarts before heading back up to the Cochise-Geronimo Clubhouse for some fun pictures on the golf course!
The group packed into golf carts and explored greens, pathways and clubhouses. The highlight was when we saw a bobcat walking across the course, only yards away from where we were standing!
My uncle pointed out that it was meant to be since Bobby and I are Northwestern Wildcats. 😉
You can click on the thumbnails to enlarge the photos! They are from our wedding slideshow. We get the rest of our pictures back next week and I can’t WAIT to see them!
The last two of Bobby and me were taken during the perfect Arizona sunset. I love them!
While we were out taking pictures, our guests were slowly arriving at the reception area for the cocktail hour. You can read all about it in Melissa’s post. Thanks for an awesome recap, lovely!
And yet, there was still so much fun to be had…
…and tears to be shed. The toasts at our wedding were my #2 favorite (with #1 being getting married!) part of the day. Bobby’s brother and best man Jim, my bestie and maid of honor Sam, Papa Bender and my absolutely INCREDIBLE baby brother Eric stole the spotlight, all in unique and beautiful ways.
My hubby also prepared an amazingly sweet toast for me. 🙂 Once again, I don’t think I can do them and the rest of our reception justice without another post. I sincerely hope that you are enjoying these recaps as much as I enjoy writing them! Part three to come soon!
Food and cake pictures will also be included!!
Abrazos,
I love hearing all about details, so I look forward to more!
You look lovely… and so incredibly happy! I love the “not so serious” of both of you!! Perfect!
<3
Thanks, lovely! As always… 😉
I love the pictures. They actually made me tear up a bit.
Thank you, Heather! 🙂
Ahhhh…I am loving these recaps! Even though I was there!!! 😀
Haha, you make me smile. 🙂 Glad you’re loving them!
Your wish is my command! 😉
I love hearing about other people’s weddings, and seeing the photos. It’s amazing and heartening to see joy captured on film, when sometimes it’s so hard to remember to see it in real life!
You looked beautiful, by the way 🙂
I feel the exact same way about film! We kind of wish now that we had a videographer, but the videos that my family and friends got are wonderful, too. Thank you very much, Rachael!
Okay, so I’ve got to ask: where did you find that stunning dress?!?! I’m getting married this summer, and I’m looking for something not-too-poufy. 🙂 Your bouquet was gorgeous, by the way.
Hi Rachel! I actually found it at David’s Bridal – and it was very reasonable! Thanks! 🙂
The location…just gorgeous 🙂 You know I love AZ so much! Again- y’all just look so happy. I can’t wait to hear about his speech for you!!
Thanks, lady!! Someday I hope we will be in AZ for a visit at the same time!!
So Gorgeous!!!

So fun! The laughter, the memories, the silliness. That’s what marriage is all about.
The laughter, memories and silliness are my favorites, too! 🙂 Thanks, Mama Pea!

Love YOU! 🙂
What great pictures!! You had some really good backdrops. The archways and the desert with the cacti are my two favourites.
I <3 looking at wedding pictures.
Thanks, Samantha! The backdrops are just a few reasons why I love Arizona so much! The architecture and the nature there are just amazing. Glad you liked the pictures! 🙂
Congrats! Your wedding photos are beautemous!!! And I had to smile at the random bobcat in the background 🙂
Thanks, lovely lady! The random bobcat was definitely a highlight of the day. 🙂

Thank you, Megan!! The florist really went above and beyond anything we were expecting. It was a wonderful surprise! 🙂
What a great wedding! I’m just catching up and you really do have the most extraordinary photos – kudos to your photog. Everything looks amaaaaazing and you can take that seriously because I love stalking wedding pics on Facebook and your wedding looks way better than most that I’ve “seen” this year. 🙂 Stunning dress, Mrs. Krennder. (Are you going to change the blog name? Hehe)
I can’t recommend my photographer enough! Thank you so much for the sweet words, Diana – they mean a lot! I love stalking weddings on Facebook, too. 😉 No plans to change the blog name yet, but that’s definitely an idea!
Your photographer was amazing. You got some great pictures that I’m sure will look even more gorgeous when you frame them!
Thank you, Jess! Now the question is – which ones do we frame?! I’m very indecisive. 😉
The pictures are all absolutely incredible. You look so so stunning. What a wonderful wedding Mrs Jenn Krenn. I just LOVE that your name rhymes 🙂
And that bobcat, TOO funny. How fitting!
Thanks, Kristie!! That means a lot. 🙂
I had so much fun flipping through the slideshow you posted the other day–your photographer did an amazing job of capturing “your essence.”
Thank you, Caroline! You are very sweet!
I secretly love all the fun professional wedding photos people have done. I think that would be one of the main things I would splurge on if someday I ever get married – a kick ass photographer. And of course the food 😉
I could not agree with you more on both accounts!! Absolutely worth it!!
So gorgeous! I am loving all the recaps! Congrats, congrats, congrats!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
