I’m starting to feel like the Energizer Bunny! I was so relieved this morning after I finished my midterm – I mean, I spent so much time studying and agonizing that I should be, right? I also felt I did well, so that made me much more relaxed and happy throughout the rest of the day.
–Edited to add picture for the full effect–
Then suddenly it hit me: I still have 3 weeks of class plus finals week, and in that time I have 4 papers, 2 class presentations, 1 midterm and 1 final test. Needless to say, my joyful mindset quickly changed into “so what’s next?” 👿
I can’t complain too much about the day though – it was sunny and warm and just all around gorgeous outside! I got in a nice workout this afternoon and was able to catch up on the blogs, which is always one of my favorite parts of free time
I don’t have any pictures to post because my meals were mainly thrown together quickly and without much excitement, but I have been perusing the Web and found some articles that I thought were interesting:
- This article is crazy! It’s about how a woman’s diet may influence her baby’s gender!
- This article discusses the debate over what should come first: cardio or strength training? It also goes on to talk about the best exercises for women with knee problems.
- This one talks about how exercising early in life may help prevent breast cancer.
- And this one shows the five healthiest spices. It also has links to recipes!
I hope these articles provide some interesting reading material. I love health news – if I do end up in journalism, I know it’s the subject I would most like to write about 🙂
Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday – I should be returning tomorrow with some food for thought (aka my meals)!
Sweet dreams 🙂
