I stir in grape-nuts with all the flavors. I love it. I also stir in frozen rasperries w/grape nuts in the vanilla. It was a little tart for me, so I added a few banana bits and that was a perfect balance. I need the grapenuts for fiber and the probiotics given my lifelong digestive troubles. I'm 39 and feeling so much better!

I would love to eat greek yogurt...but the only yogurt that does not hurt my stomach is activia...I cant tolerate any yogurt that is zero fat...

can anyone tell me why zero fat yogurt causes terrible stomach pain...and often dizziness from the acid in the stomach that it creates...

I can only eat the fatty kind....

I've been eating Chobani for about a week and I LOVE it! I've tried different flavors and Blueberry is my favorite. Last night I tried the Mango for the first time. I started feeling very strange within about 5 mintues. I feel asleep about 20 minutes after I finished it and woke up about 45 mintutes later and my throat was swollen and all of my limbs were aching. I coud barely swallow and my stomach felt like it had a knot in it. I got up to go to bed and coughed a couple times realizing my throat was pretty raw at that point. After about 5 minutes I found myself in the bathroom vomiting, but nothing would come up. Like it was stuck. I was able to fall asleep and felt sick all through the night. I woke up this morning and my throat feels all swollen and my voice is very raspy.

I thought I may be losing my mind thinking it was the yogurt until I found this site. I have a possible allergic reaction to pencillian...so this would make some sense. Other than my reaction seems to have been different than others. My skin is very itchy right now but I dont have any rashes to speak of. Just thought I would share my experience with everyone. I love the stuff and want to try it again, but am scared to. Could it have just been something to do with the Mango?

I think I had an allergic reaction too! It made my throat really dry and it felt hard to breathe. You mentioned about being allergic to antibiotics, I happen to be allergic to penicillin, (really all the 'cillins') and bactrum. Is that what everyone else is allergic to?

I love Greek yogurt. I think more than the flavor and texture, I love that it has 18 grams of protein! I enjoy it with different kinds of fruit and Stevia. I especially enjoy the yogurt with cherries or pears. Yummy. I only eat the non-fat. The others have too much sugar for me. I like Chobani but I especially like Fage!

One blueberry chobani last week and one strawberry today. Got a stomach ache and generalized upper body and arm pain/aching. Also some intestinal problems. I AM NOT allergic to dairy or antibiotics. And I can eat other yogurt with no problem. I would REALLY like to know what ingredient i am reacting to--so confusing!
