My blood sugar dips pretty low from time to time, so lately I've found myself eating every hour or so to keep it above 60. I just ordered P90X, so I'll have to take a good long look at the nutrition program that comes with it to see if I need to make any adjustments, but overall---sugar and I fight like siblings on a long roadtrip. It's kind of a love/hate thing.

As far as added sugars, I try to avoid them if I can, but it's hard if you are eating anything processed. Luckily, more and more products are emerging with 'no sugar added' on the label. I'd give anything if we had a Whole Foods in Columbus, Georgia. Alas, no such luck. I truly believe they carry some of the best 'natural' products available.
