Bender’s Blenders: The Choconana Whey

This protein shake combines the smooth, velvety flavor of chocolate with a sweet note of banana and a energy-packed slam of whey protein powder. Perfect for recovering after an intense workout!

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (I like Almond Breeze)
  • 2 scoops (approximately 1 oz.) vanilla protein powder (I used Biochem)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Optional: Reddi-Whip topping

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Add whipped topping if desired, and enjoy!
