We made it tonight for the first time and enjoyed it for dessert. I don’t have a Costco nearby, so I substituted fat-free Haagen Dazs mango sorbet (about 1 cup) for the Island Way, and it was Dee-LISH! I definitely agree that the pear and sorbet really make it pop!
