		<description><![CDATA[Buyer beware! If you read the box of the Quaker High-Fiber Oatmeal very carefully, you&#039;ll see that only 1 gram of soluble fiber comes from oatmeal.  I believe the rest comes from guar gum.  Only the  oatmeal souble fiber has been shown to reduce cholesterol and you need at least 3 grams of it.  If you want more oatmeal soluble fiber, try oat bran cereal. - E S K]]></description>
